An Event that should take place EVERYWHERE!

Beginnning July 1st contestants of the 4th annual Chain Off are chained to dog house and slowly eliminated each day following (up to 2 weeks).   They have no tv, books, radio, etc.  Not even visitors. The winner gets a car!
