  Do not adopt or sell any dog or pet to "Joo".  Emails continue to circulate requesting dogs. Dogs are reportedly used as "bait" dogs for dog fights.  Currently requesting red, brown or deep apricot adult Standard Poodle females and puppies and also Bobtail (Old English Sheepdog) females. He said he did not breed Neapolitan Mastiffs, Presa Canario, American Pit Bull Terrier etc. although he advertised on his web sites for years that he breeds them, so he is a liar. It is alleged that he accepted money for Neapolitan Mastiffs and never gave the dogs nor the money back. Also alleged that He is making many promises of money then he will not pay.

• Warning: "rescue group" NC Animal Rescue. 
  It is run by a woman named Lisa McRae, also known as Lisa Carroll and maybe a few other aliases.  She was convicted of animal cruelty in 1993.  She was selling dogs that she obtained from "Free to good home" ads, as well as possibly theft.
  
  Neil McNeill from Fox 8 did a segment on her in 1993 helping convict her and expose her operation.  He has been notified and procedures to stop her are underway.

  Ran Every Dog Needs a Home (EDNAH) rescue site in AR where abuse was found (477 dogs, with carcasses on the property )
  
  Hanson has failed to appear for her sentencing hearing or felony trial for insterstate animal theft.  May be using her maiden name, Doneski, or another alias. She and her husband, aided by her mother, have been adopting dogs from shelters in Missouri.
  
  Please inform local police or the Humane Society of the United States if you become aware of Tammy attempting to adopt dogs in your area. She has said that she specializes in aggressive breeds.

  Do not adopt any dog or pet to Karen Fitch.  She took a rescued dog in, that was somewhat fearful, and elected not to return it to the rescuer who offered several times to come and get the dog, but took it to her vet and had it euthanized after only 5 weeks .  In particular she is looking for a female dog 20 lbs. or under.
