English Cocker, Tiny-Adult male needs a home asap!

Red is an English Cocker Spaniel ... OK .... he looks like Stimpy (cartoon) with his hair cut ...but it's much cooler in the summer ... He's a really neat Spaniel ..Red likes to play  ... He carries a tennis ball wherever he goes .. AND LOVES to ride in the car.  Red was tied up on a chain most of his life .. but like most rescues ... that does not stop him from being a delightful and faithful friend.

Won't you please think of someone who would love Red?
