BLUEBERRY

Meet Blueberry. She was found hanging around a mall in downtown L.A. Blueberry let mall visitors come right up to her and was happy to offer a kiss. The management called and said they would be taking her to the shelter if I didn't come get her ASAP. I rushed down and found this sweet angel, filthy and wearing a collar that was many sizes to small. Heartbreaking… I took her straight to the vet where she was treated for a deep and old ear infection and given a much-needed bath and grooming in which she shed a garbage bag full of hair and a ton of fleas.  Blueberry is much happier now and still just as sweet. She is a little timid though and would do great in a home with another dog who could show her the ropes.  Blueberry  loves cheese but isn't too interested in dog treats, clearly she had never gotten any before we met! Blueberry seems to do well with the other dogs where she is boarded and is unphased by the resident cats. Oh and her tongue is the most adorable shade of purpley blue- hence her name Blueberry.

Anyone would be lucky to get this sweet dog.
