I know that Richard loved animals.  Would his foundation consider getting

involved in the movement to get pets allowed in condos?

Citizens for Pets in Condos is spreading the message about the health

benefits to be derived from having companion animals.   We believe that

responsible pet owners should be allowed to have pets and we are

campaigning to make this a reality in Florida.  We want a law here like

California’s AB 860 that says,

"No governing documents shall prohibit the owner of a separate interest within

a common interest development from keeping at least one pet within the 

common interest development, subject to reasonable rules and regulations

of the association.  This section may not be construed to affect any other

rights provided by law to an owner of a separate interest to keep a pet within

the development."
