Hi:
I'm sending you a few pix. However, no picture can capture Griffin's
exuberance! He's quite a puppy. I think I'm ready to contact Cesar
Milan to tell me how to get a giant puppy to stop loving cats so much.
If I'm right there, I can get him to sit and leave them alone. But he
just waits for the first opportunity to chase. He's quite a determined boy.
But that aside, he is a love. He wakes me up every morning with a big
wet nose in my face. He would love to live at the dog park because
playing with dogs is something he could do all day. Everyone can tell
he's a puppy because he just gets down on his front haunches trying his
best to engage dogs in a game of chase. Eventually he gets a taker, and
then he runs full speed, happy as could be. Whenever my kids try to watch tv,
he goes to get a toy and drops a nice wet, gooey one in one of their laps.
I haven't weighed him, but judging by how many times I've had to enlarge his collar,
he's definitely grown (although it's hard to tell from the pictures).
Puppyhood is definitely a challenge..but by the looks of things, he's
going to be the best dog I've ever had.
Shelley
