Another Chance 4 Horses is watching the first Prempro case taking place in Little Rock, Arkansas.  The perfect judicial platform for plaintiffs. Wyeth won the first part because the judge agreed that they have properly warned people as far as warning labels, but that is being appealed.

The first test case is a woman who is claiming she got breast cancer after 11 years on the drug.  No pun intended here, but it is going to be a real horse race..
